These terms apply to the website odessasealandstripe.com. Odessa Seal and Stripe is operated by Radkreation Media LLC, and the quotes and pavement work are provided by an independent local contractor. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Radkreation Media LLC. When you request a quote, we pass your request to that contractor, who contacts you, prepares the quote, and performs any work you approve.
Using this website
You’re welcome to browse this site, request a quote, and share it with others. You may not copy our written content or images for your own commercial use, misrepresent who you are when contacting us, or attempt to disrupt the site.
Quotes, work, and payment
Quotes, scheduling, payment, warranties, and site safety are handled by the independent contractor who receives your request, under that contractor’s own written quote and agreement. We don’t perform pavement work and we aren’t a party to that agreement. Here is what to expect:
- Quotes are itemized, listing materials, labor, and coverage before work begins, and no work starts until you approve one.
- Work dates depend on weather. Sealcoating and striping need dry pavement and the right temperatures.
- Payment and any warranty terms are set out in writing by the contractor before work begins.
- Freshly sealed or striped areas must stay off-limits until cured. Let the contractor know about underground utilities, irrigation, or other hazards on the lot before work starts.
Pricing information
Any price ranges shown on this website come from published national pricing guides and are general estimates only. They are not a quote or an offer. Your price is set only in the contractor’s written quote.
Photos and property details
Before-and-after images on this website are example illustrations, not photos of completed projects. We’ll only publish photos of your property with your permission, and we never publish your address.
Phone calls
We and the contractor use the phone number you give us to call you about your request. This website does not use text messages (SMS), and submitting a form or calling us does not sign you up for texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of this website. Claims about pavement work are handled under your agreement with the contractor who did it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ector County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top tells you which version applies.
